Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

In 2006, Niko completed his studies in Technical Logistics at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at TU Dortmund University.

Important stations in his professional career were his work at the Fraunhofer Gesellschaft as International Representative of the CEO and Director of the joint venture Centro Iberlog, as well as project manager. In 2011, Niko moved to Lufthansa Cargo AG. During his time at the cargo company, Niko successfully led numerous projects in the areas of digitalisation and IoT, among others. In 2018, Niko moved to the Lufthansa Group and was responsible for the management of the Lufthansa Digital Fund, the cooperation in joint ventures with start-up companies and, as Senior Manager, for the Digital Strategy, Innovation and Transformation program.

In September 2020, Niko joined Lobster Logistics Cloud GmbH as CEO and Managing Director, putting his deep knowledge of the logistics industry and digital transformation expertise at the service of the cloud-based platform.

Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

In 2012, Svenja began her studies in industrial engineering at the Technical University of Berlin and completed her academic education in 2017 at the University of Cambridge with a Master's degree in Industrial Systems, Manufacture and Management.

In the same year, she began her career in consulting for the areas of IoT, Industry 4.0, supply chain management and digital transformation.

In 2020, Svenja moved into IT at the software manufacturer Lobster, where she led the technical consulting team for the no-code data integration platform Lobster_data. Since 2022, she has been leading Lobster Logistics Cloud GmbH as CTO, contributing her technical, business and international expertise to the further development of the platform.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Rolf brings decades of experience in the field of digitalisation in logistics as COO for logistics.cloud in the area of operations and projects. Trained and studied in logistics and IT, he has been working for the Lobster Group since 2007.

Initially as Managing Director, he brought Lobster _pro into the company and turned it into a leading no-code platform that allows the seamless integration of processes and data. Before that, he also successfully helped build the company Axit (now Siemens Digital Logistics).
